Appointment Policies

  • You must be 18+ to get pierced, or at least 14 with a parent or legal guardian present (with valid, government-issued IDs for both the minor and guardian).

  • If the parent or guardian cannot be present, a notarized Texas Parental Consent Affidavit is required.

  • No ID, no appointment—no exceptions.
